Yes. Our in-house testing lab is equipped for insertion loss, return loss, VSWR, PIM, and environmental testing per IEC 61300, MIL-STD-810, and IP rating standards. We provide full test reports with every production batch.

Standard catalog products have a minimum order of 100 pieces. For custom designs, MOQ depends on complexity and tooling requirements. We offer flexible MOQ arrangements for first-time orders and prototype quantities.

Yes. We regularly develop form-fit-function replacements for connectors from other manufacturers. Send us the existing part drawing or sample and we will provide a compatible Molex solution, often with improved specifications.

  • Geographic coverage: On-site technical support is currently available in North America, Western Europe, and major Asia-Pacific markets (China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia). Other regions are served remotely with planned expansion.
  • Custom design minimum: Custom connector projects typically require a projected annual volume of 5,000+ units to justify tooling investment. For lower volumes, we recommend selecting from our standard catalog and modifying cable assemblies instead.
  • Certification timelines: Products requiring regional regulatory certification (FCC, CE RED, TELEC) may add 4-12 weeks to project timelines depending on the certification body and test queue. We coordinate with accredited labs but cannot control external processing times.
